Most orders will be shipped the next business day. Depending on stock, shipment may occur up to 3 business days after you've placed your order. All orders are shipped from our storefront in Maple Ridge, BC. If you placed an order that included a pre-order item, your entire order will ship when the pre-ordered item is ready to be shipped.

Oak & Ivory Collective does not guarantee any shipping timeframes. Especially now with COVID-19 delays. Once your parcel leaves our location, it is out of our control. Canada Post shipments average 2-5 days within BC, and up to 10 days for the rest of Canada. These are just estimated times, nothing is guaranteed.

All orders that ship will receive a tracking number. Canada Post can show inaccurate shipping updates. Please email us if your package has not moved in 5+ days.
