Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS


If you wish to return a product, returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only unless the item is defective or damaged. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from purchase. If over 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange. this is non-negotiable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the SAME condition that you received it. Tags must be intact, and your item must be in its original packaging.

Open and/or used bath & body products, headwear, hair accessories (scrunchies, clips, etc), masks/face coverings, dried florals, swimwear without sanitary strips, and earrings are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 

To complete a return, we require your original receipt or proof of purchase; this is non-negotiable. Our POS system does not allow us to process a return without this information.

Please do not send your purchase back to the original vendor.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after purchase. Exchanged products MUST be returned UNUSED with all tags still attached and in its original packaging.

We appreciate if all exchanges are made within the same brand of the original purchase (i.e. exchanging a medium crewneck sweater for a small). Oak & Ivory strives to try our best to accommodate exchanges, but unfortunately this is not always possible due to our inventory always moving and changing. Most items are limited in styles and sizing.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Please note Oak & Ivory Collective does not offer price adjustments on regular priced or sale items. 

 

REFUNDS

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY

Full refunds are only issued on defective products. If you receive a defective product (i.e. a t-shirt with a hole), please notify us and send it/bring it back as soon as possible. Once your return is received and inspected by one of our staff members, we will notify you that we have received said defective item.

Oak & Ivory Collective reserves the right to approve or reject the refund. If item is deemed defective and is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Credit may take up to 7 days to process - this is out of our control.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
If it has been over 10 days since your refund notification and you have not received your credit, first contact your credit card company, and if the issue persists, then contact your bank. There may be delays with your financial institution. If you have completed all the steps above and still have not received your credit, please email us at [email protected]

 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are FINAL SALE - they are not eligible for an exchange, refund, or return. No exceptions. Only applicable, regular priced items are eligible for a refund.


 

 **Holiday Return/Exchange Policy**
 
Returns & exchanges for any eligible items (see below) that were purchased on or after November 1st 2021 will be accepted until January 5th 2022. Must be unused with tags on. Proof of purchase (receipt, gift receipt, or online order confirmation) required. 
 
Exchange or in-store credit only. No cash refunds. No exceptions.

Please be advised Oak & Ivory does not cover shipping costs on items being returned.

Once your item has shipped back to us, please provide us with the tracking information if applicable.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect your returned item(s) to ensure they have all tags, original packaging, and are in unused condition. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. 

Depending on your location, your exchanged item will have varied shipping timelines. Please see our Shipping Terms for more details.

If you are shipping high valued items ($75+), we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
